Dior presents the Cruise collection in Lecce 2021
Hi everyone, innovation is the ability to respond in a new way, original and effective to the new needs and conditions that the market imposes. This is how Dior, blazoned maison of great tradition, has decided to face the new situation linked to the pandemic and to confirm the presentation of its new collection, albeit in an innovative way.
Dior has in fact staged a great show in the main square of Lecce. A very suggestive location, Piazza Duomo, for an evening that between taranta, illuminations linked to tradition and feminist slogans presented the Cruise collection 2021.
Maria Grazia Chiuri had already decided, than the new collection 2021 of the maison, he would have drawn suggestions and moods from Puglia, the land of his heart. A land, where beliefs and magic still coexist interpreted by the rhythm and music of the taranta.
A real cultural operation that translates tradition into a fashion key and at the same time interprets current needs. In fact, to avoid gatherings, the show was presented in the absence of the public, apart from very few and selected guests. Streamed, it attracted the attention of ben 20 millions of viewers from home.
