Il libro si compone di 10 avventure con protagonista Raffles Holmes, iniziando proprio dall’incontro con il suo “biografo”. Ovviamente non può mancare il racconto che ci svela le sue origini, unico episodio in cui i personaggi di Sherlock Holmes e A.J. Raffles, contemporanei, si incontrano sulle pagine di un libro. In aggiunta troviamo due casi “perduti” di Sherlock Holmes, in cui J. K.
