LOOK IS IDENTITY MORE THAN YESTERDAY

By Paolo Crepaldi

In this dramatic historical moment, where we are all experiencing a restrictive situation due to the covid-19 pandemic that affected our way of life, very often undermining the professional and social sphere and erasing the previous routines from a certain aspect. Now we are trying to start slowly, optimism is needed but we certainly have a different awareness, towards nature, with respect to the importance of politics and one's freedom. New social and cultural values are needed to truly start again … slowly but with some energy and willingness to do it.

I affirm this, because the image takes on even more value…one is more aware than expressing health, hygiene and well-being can help us a lot to live well with ourselves and with others, among other things, the mask, cancels the sincere seduction of the smile and therefore today more than yesterday the first impression can be decisive in any context of life.

I believe that for the female world, the restriction between home walls and a more attentive and profound relationship with oneself, has stimulated in aesthetic terms a reduction of previous habits and therefore there is more predisposition to change the look. Start with more energy, also through the image, therefore in the shape of the cut, a great desire for freedom and lightness emerges in the type of hair coloring and make-up.

The concept of beauty is basic, versatile, sartorial, it combines natural and glamor in fresh and light looks and why not …sometimes with a touch of healthy madness. Following some inspiring looks, made by international artists that I have selected for all women and girls who think they are taking the first step towards a Renaissance period that is almost starting.
