THE VERSATILITY OF MUSHROOM OILS

L’ANGOLO DI SISSI a cura di Silvia Cassi

One of the strengths of the natural cosmetic choice is the possibility of using a few selected ingredients to obtain an essential and effective skincare routine at the same time: one of these consists in exploiting the infinite properties of vegetable oils to give beauty and health to our skin with a single gesture. I wanted to try this set of Fushi for the choice of oils proposed, all cold pressed, covering a wide range of needs for skin and hair; all oils must be applied to damp skin to obtain maximum results and to help perfect absorption, choosing the most suitable for your skin type is a guarantee of cosmetic satisfaction.

Avocado oil - One of the richest and most moisturizing oils, an excellent helper for dehydrated or eczema skin, I apply it on the driest areas of the body ( gomiti, heels, knees), also by combining a few drops with cream or pure on damp skin, in a few days even the roughest elbow will be born again ...

Sweet almond oil - The most versatile and known, excellent source of Vitamin E and particularly elasticizing, a cure-all for body skin and stretch marks ( in combination with rosehip oil), I consider it among the most suitable as massage oil and as a carrier oil, to possibly add additional active ingredients. Thanks to the presence of numerous vitamins and fatty acids it helps to repair weak nails and dehydrated cuticles, in this period in which the hands are perpetually attacked by soaps and sanitizers a nice regenerating massage is welcome!

Jojoba oil - Particularly skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, one of the few indicated for all skin types , also fat and sensitive, I also tried to use it as a make-up remover and it behaves very well; another use that gives satisfaction is as a compress on the hair and scalp, it rinses easily even on my thin and boring hair.

Camellia oil - a light moisturizer, particularly antioxidant and light and pleasant scent ( the family of the plant is that of tea), the cosmetic properties relate to its effectiveness as antiaging on the face and neck, it also promotes cell regeneration, therefore also indicated on acne scars.

Argan oil - Rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins, strengthens the skin and its natural defenses, it is the most famous and known among vegetable oils: stimulates cell renewal and reduces fine lines, giving the skin brightness and tone. It conditions and softens even dry and rebellious hair, a small touch at the end of the hairstyle gives splendor without weighing down the hair.

Rosehip oil - Irreplaceable to treat scars, sunspots and sun damage thanks to the presence of Vitamin A (retinolo), can be added to the usual treatments to increase their effectiveness; just the presence of this precious vitamin for the skin makes it a valuable aid as well as for dyschromia also to prevent and reduce the formation of wrinkles, an oil that can not miss in the face over routine 40, even better if combined with a light lymphatic self-massage.
