Quello della comunicazione è un mondo affascinante e complesso, then I will begin with a reference to the theoretical premises of Paul Watzlawick's milestone,,it,"The pragmatics of human communication",,it,These are five axioms of communication,,it,"You can not not communicate",,it,whatever behavior communicates something,,it,whatever we do / do not do,,it,let's say / do not say,,it,communicate something to others and to ourselves,,it,"Two levels must be distinguished within each communication",,it,The first is the level of content,,it,what,,it,we are communicating,,it,the second is the level of the relationship,,it: “la pragmatica della comunicazione umana”.

Si tratta di cinque assiomi della comunicazione:

  2. “All’interno di ogni comunicazione vanno distinti due livelli”: Il primo è il livello del contenuto, che dice che cosa stiamo comunicando; il secondo è il livello della relazione, which concerns the,,it,type of relationship,,it,existing or desired,,it,with the person we turn to,,it,"The way to interpret a communication depends on how it is punctuated,,it,or scanned,,it,& nbsp; the sequence of communications ",,it,in front of a man who closes in himself and his wife who grumbles,,it,the first could say that he closes because his wife grumbles,,it,and the second could reply that she grumbles because he closes,,it tipo di relazione (esistente o desiderata) con la persona a cui ci rivolgiamo.
Depending on the "punctuation" used, the meaning given to the communications and the relationship changes.
There is a symmetrical interaction when the interlocutors,,it,compared to that communication,,it,they are considered as equal,,it,on the same floor,,it,On the other hand, the complementary interaction occurs when the interlocutors do not consider themselves on the same level,,it,but it is evident from that communication that one of the two has a superior position and the other subordinate,,it,At this point,,it,if I had you in front of you I would ask you,,it, rispetto a quella comunicazione, si considerano di pari livello, sullo stesso piano.

Do you think that our way of communicating can be influenced by the expectations we have for the interlocutor and / or situation,,it,And the emotions that role play in the communication process,,it,according to your experience,,it,The sphere of relationships is a dimension within which emotional messages matter far more than the contents of our communications,,it,For this,,it?

Proprio per questo, in the next articles I will talk to you in a more detailed way of how expectations and emotions influence the way we communicate,,it,I am waiting for you here,,it,WHAT TO SAY ABOUT US AND HOW TO SAY IT #FORCE PART #,,it.

Vi aspetto qui.
